In this tutorial, I will use Azure VPS as an example.
Tip: After using this software, if you have an iOS or Android smartphone with TeamViewer installed, you can leave your computer running at home and open TeamViewer. This way, even if you go out, you can still monitor all your VPS at any time. Good luck!

I. Required Software:
- Name: Remote Desktop Connection Manager
- Download: click here
- Create a New VPS Group: Click on "File" in the menu bar and select "New".

- In the pop-up screen, enter the group name and click "Save". Here, I create a new group named "test1".

- After the group is created, start adding a connection by right-clicking on the group and selecting "Add server". Note: A group should only contain 5 to 10 machines to avoid lag when viewing in thumbnail mode.

- In the screen that appears, pay attention to the three tabs: Server Settings, Logon Credentials, and Connection Settings.
- In the Server Settingstab:
- Server Name: Enter the IP or domain of the VPS.
- Display Name: Enter the display name for the VPS (optional).
- In the Server Settingstab:

- In the Logon Credentials tab:
- Username: Enter the username of the VPS.
- Password: Enter the password of the VPS.
- Domain: Enter the IP or domain of the VPS.

- In the Connection Settingstab:
- Port: Enter the port for Azure VPS. For other VPS, leave the default port 3389.

- After completing the settings, click "Add" and continue adding the rest of the VPS to the group.

Tip2: How to Quickly Add VPS:
- Open the *.rdg file in Notepad++, copy and clone the block <server></server>, then replace the VPS information (refer to the image below, note the red-colored code tags). If you are familiar with XML, you can configure 100 VPS in just 10 minutes.
